    Thank you! We were pretty happy this holiday season. As for the King Cake, it is something associated with New Orleans and Marti Gras but it is also associated with Three King's Day—aka Epiphany! From Epiphany until Marti Gras you'll find the traditional carnival season with many more parties. I took all of that stuff away from my Catholic education, but not so much the other stuff.
